Student Ministries exists to help students:
KNOW Christ, to understand and challenge them to GROW in their Faith, and SHOW
Christ to others through their daily living.

KNOW – Christ challenged all of His disciples to go out and take His message into the world as part of the Church’s Great Commission.  Helping students to understand who Christ is and what He did for them on the cross is a vital aspect of our ministry.

"Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations,

baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age." Matthew 28:19-20

GROW – Knowing who Christ is, is not simply enough.  Students must be challenged to grow in their faith by taking it to a deeper level and becoming a lifelong disciple of Christ.  This is a continuation of the Great Commission written about in Matthew 28:19-20.

SHOW – Knowing and Growing in Christ are vital aspects of being a Christian, but it doesn’t stop there. Students need to be challenged to show their faith to a lost and broken world.  Worship of the Living God is an active part of any believer’s faith.  It's the first part of the Great Commandment!

"And he said to him, "You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind."

  Matthew 22:37

Also, students need be exposed to serving and ministering to the needs of others, in this way they demonstrate their faith to others.  This is the second part of the Great Commandment!

"The second is like it, "You shall love your neighbor as yourself."

Matthew 22:39
